Ready to upgrade your candidates to ODAv2?

How It Works

A simple two-step process will allow you to provide your candidates with the new version of On-Demand Assessment. The new version of ODA is set at the job level, so you’ll need to start by creating a New Landing Page.

Step 1: Build a New Landing Page

Creating a bespoke Landing Page is fast and easy. Log into the Criteria platform, and navigate to the Manage tab, then click the Create Landing Page button.

Select the “New Template” option from the drop-down menu. For customers who prefer the classics, you’ll still be able to create the previous version of the Landing Page with the Classic Template option.

Talent Success Suite customers will be able to embed videos for your Landing Pages with just a few clicks, further enriching the candidate experience for your applicants.

Step 2: Set the New Landing Page option as the Landing Page on any Job.

Upgrading your candidates to the new ODA platform is as easy as flipping a switch. For any existing Job, head to Job Settings and scroll to the Branding section. Click “Edit” and select a New Landing Page. You don't need to create a new custom Landing Page either - simply select the "Default New Landing Page" and you'll be good to go.

Voila – you’ve unlocked the latest and greatest candidate experience for all of that job’s applicants!

Keep in mind, existing Jobs and Landing Pages will not be upgraded to New Landing Pages automatically. You’re in the driver’s seat when it comes to switching over to ODAv2. If needed, you can change back and forth between the new and old versions of ODA at any time by editing the Landing Page at the job level.

This new update also makes it much easier to preview the candidate experience directly in the Criteria platform – you’ll no longer need to simulate an applicant to see what your testing environment will look like.

What is the ODAv2 Experience Like for Candidates?

ODAv2 has enhanced visuals that elevate the candidate experience, while also making it easier for candidates to navigate assessments and increasing accessibility.

Everything else, including the test batteries and other job settings, will remain unchanged in ODAv2.
