We’re excited to announce a new integration between Criteria and BambooHR. BambooHR is an HR software solution that helps small and medium-sized businesses manage all of their employee information and HR processes in a user-friendly Human Resources Information System (HRIS). With over 16,000 customers, BambooHR helps growing companies navigate the complicated world of HR, from applicant tracking and onboarding to compensation and performance management.
The partnership with BambooHR enables an integration between Criteria’s pre-employment assessment platform and BambooHR’s system. The integration makes it possible for Criteria and Bamboo’s mutual customers to administer assessments and view results all within BambooHR’s platform. In practice, this means that a user can easily associate the right assessments in Criteria's platform with a BambooHR requisition, trigger the assessments using workflow automation, send testing invitations in bulk, and receive the results in real-time.
